Fred Lagomarsino

Owner & Managing Partner

Fred Lagomarsino is the owner and managing partner of the Lagomarsino Group, a diversified real estate and agricultural organization operating throughout the western United States. He leads a portfolio of companies involved in investment, management, and development across commercial office, industrial, retail, residential, and ranch properties.

A fourth-generation member of a Tulare County farming family dating back to 1889, Fred continues a legacy deeply rooted in California agriculture. With a degree in fermentation science from the University of California, Davis, he has spent more than 42 years growing a wide range of crops, including table grapes, wine grapes, cherries, blueberries, citrus, and almonds.

Fred has held leadership roles in numerous statewide agricultural organizations. He has served on the boards of the California Table Grape Commission, California Apple Commission, California Association of Wine Grape Growers, and the California Cherry Growers Association, where he continues to serve as a commissioner. He is also a graduate of Class XIX of the California Agricultural Leadership Program and a past chairman of the California Agricultural Leadership Foundation.

In his community, Fred has served as a past president of the Tulare County Economic Development Corporation, the Visalia County Center Rotary, the Visalia Education Foundation, and the College of the Sequoias Foundation. He remains actively involved in regional planning and development efforts, including master-planning the 600-acre Del Lago community in Tulare.

Matt Warmerdam

Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate & Investments

Matt is the Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate and Investments for the Lagomarsino Group and is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, management and reporting of all its real estate and investment activities. He is also responsible for onsite property management of the Lagomarsino Group’s Tulare County commercial property interests. Matt graduated magna cum laude while earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting at California State University, Fresno, and is a lifetime member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.

Matt is a State of California licensed Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years. He began his professional career with Arthur Young and Company, at the time one of the “Big 8” international accounting firms. He then served as the controller for a large, diversified farming operation based on the San Joaquin Valley’s “Westside” that was a grower, packer and shipper of fresh produce as well as a producer of row crops and dairy. Next, he served as the CFO/controller of a vertically integrated fresh fruit grower/packer/shipper in Fresno County prior to joining the Lagomarsino Group in 1996, serving Chief Financial Officer until 2019. Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Briana Lagomarsino

Property Manager

At age 16, Briana became the 5th generation of her family to work for The Lagomarsino Group.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from San Diego State University, just prior to joining the firm full time in 2007.

Briana directs online marketing for the group, and manages the employee and food safety programs for the company’s farming and packing operations. She is directly involved in the Blueberry packing operation along with the Niabell Grape packing and sales.

Briana currently serves as Chair of the California Blueberry Commission and Vice President of the ImagineU Children’s Museum.

Jeff Beck

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer for the Lagomarsino Group and is responsible for financial accounting, management and reporting for the farming operations. He prepares the annual farming budgets, manages all aspects of the office and assists with tax return preparation for all of the Lagomarsino entities.

Jeff was born and raised in Tulare, CA and is part of a family with a long and rich history in the area. He attended Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, CA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Finance.

Jeff began his career in public accounting and later became the controller for a farming/trucking operation located in Corcoran, CA. He most recently worked for an alternative energy startup entity producing ethanol out of Goshen, CA before joining the Lagomarsino Group in 2008.

Jeff currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for The Boys & Girls Club of Tulare County, and as Treasurer for the board of St. Aloysius School. Jeff is a member of Knights of Columbus, Former President of Fatima (a charitable catholic organization) and father of three.
